What readers are saying about My Lost Sister

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ‘A super-glue read that you can’t let go – This read pulls you in slowly until you’re hooked without realising. The characters, even the secondary and minor ones, come alive. The same with the locations . . . they burst forth and you’re right there with them. Yep, it’s one of those reads where you get lost between the pages and don’t know where you’ll come out . . . Some scenes moved me enough for my eyes to fill whilst others had me smiling. I loved this story, which gets a resounding 5 stars. Go get this book! Harmony Kent

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ‘Continued to draw me in more and more as it gained momentum with each turn of the page – The details and descriptions painted such beautiful imagery and had me feeling all the emotions. I couldn’t put it down for so many reasons! As a die hard thriller lover, this was everything I could have asked for and more! Fictionalfootprint (Book Tour Reviewer)

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ‘A Gripping Read – It’s seldom that I read a book that grips from page 1. The plot is brilliant with many twists and turns. Rosalie and Kacper are well described main characters and their back stories are gradually woven through the happenings of the present day in a way that you are discovering why they are the people they have become in adult life bit by bit, with lots of ‘aha’ moments. The climax was unexpected with the ‘baddie’ being someone I never had suspicions about. I found it a very interesting read. It still sends chills through me every time I think about it. Maria Kinnersley

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ‘Twisty and turny in ways I never saw coming and I absolutely loved it’ Debbie Kemp

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ‘Intriguing story – This is a really intricate thriller. As the story unfolds you question whether Rosalie is losing her grip on reality. As the plot progressed I was totally invested and couldn’t stop reading. Really enjoyed it.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ‘Could not put this down – I started this one day and had it finished within 48 hours, I could NOT stop reading! The plot unfolds beautifully keeping you guessing the whole way through, the characters draw you in and you invest yourself in the story! A must have read! (Amazon Customer)

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ‘A slow burning book, which really hooks you in, I couldn’t stop and had to know what happened . . . A great read with a host of untrustworthy characters.’ (Book Tour Reviewer)

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ‘Ok! OMG! This was fantastic . . . Eleonor has that special knack of bringing in the readers, she starts slow, then she ramps up the story, just fantastic. My brain was on edge . . . I was glued to this book. penfoldlayla (Book Tour Reviewer)

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ‘This one of the best books I have read in ages. It took me a little while to get into it but after that I was completely hooked and I liked the fact that you had to think quite hard to grasp what was happening. I couldn’t put it down for the last hour, totally captivated by the story’ Andrew

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ‘Couldn’t put it down – I love this book, the plot twist and turns keep you entertained all the way till 4am when you have a 6.30 get up 🙈🙈🙈 it’s always a good sign when I cannot leave the book alone! Love it even more than The Nanny and I really enjoyed that!’ Amazon Customer

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ‘I read this book twice. The first time for the compelling storyline with its subtly buried clues, the second to take more time to soak up the beautiful descriptive writing and to better appreciate the author’s insight into, and careful handling of, some very sensitive topics including grooming, abuse and how trauma can lead to vulnerability – all of this in a page-turner of a book. The author has a way of putting you inside the head of the character but still allows you to be inwardly shouting “No! Get out now, while you can”. It could be said that there are no heroes in this book but that is what makes the characters more real and, in fact, more human.’ M.B.
